WellRight HRA Earns Re-Certification from NCQA for Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation

WellRight's HRA has once again received the NCQA Measure Certification™ for the Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation program.

CHICAGO  — WellRight, a corporate wellness leader delivering customizable and complete wellness programs, announced that its Health Risk Assessment has once again received the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Measure Certification™ for the Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation program. WellRight’s HRA captures the critical components of an individual’s health and wellbeing utilizing evidence-based, best-in-class validated tools in order to improve health and wellness outcomes.

WellRight’s HRA earned the NCQA certification for its comprehensive, streamlined, and person-centered incorporation of customer feedback. The result presents clear, concise questions that are digestible to read, accessible for all, and highly personalized to assess the unique risk levels of each individual. The HRA also incorporates the latest HIPAA standards so that reports can be run to compare results over time, protecting participants’ personal health information and remaining HIPAA compliant.

“WellRight remains committed to providing an intuitive, holistic, and engaging wellbeing program for all employee populations, and we’re proud to have once again been recognized among this esteemed group,” said Joy Wilson, Head of Product at WellRight. “Receiving this certification affirms our continued efforts to offer the latest evidence-based methods for program execution and employee engagement.”

WellRight’s HRA is a unique health risk assessment tool designed to assess users for health conditions that are prevalent in the workplace. Featuring programming for medically-sourced conditions including diabetes, heart disease, weight management, anxiety, and depression, the platform enables administrators to filter participants based on HRA results and provide relevant education courses and activities along with announcements for custom promotions, news-flash calls to action, and targeted text or email communications to promote engagement.

“We are honored to achieve certification for our Health Risk Assessment and further our long-standing relationship with NCQA,” said Neepa Patel, Chief Executive Officer at WellRight. “The tools in our platform help clients assess the full landscape of their members’ holistic health, including their physical, mental/emotional, financial, social, occupational, and purpose-driven wellbeing. After identifying strengths, risks, and opportunities to improve wellbeing from the baseline, we provide clients with everything needed to drive long-term program engagement, improve health outcomes, and achieve a higher sense of wellbeing.”
