WellRight CEO Neepa Patel accepted into Forbes Human Resources Business Council

Forbes Human Resources Council is an Invitation-Only Community for HR Executives Across All Industries

Neepa Patel, CEO of WellRight, a corporate well-being platform that delivers a customizable and complete wellness program to support employees in their personal well-being journey, has been accepted into Forbes Human Resources Council, an invitation-only community for HR executives across all industries.

Patel was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of her experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors. An example of Patel ’s leadership in the industry is her contributions to The National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Well-Being Series on the intersection of HR issues and health equity.

“We are honored to welcome Neepa into the community,” said Scott Gerber, founder of Forbes Councils, the collective that includes Forbes Human Resources Council. “Our mission with Forbes Councils is to bring together proven leaders from every industry, creating a curated, social capital-driven network that helps every member grow professionally and make an even greater impact on the business world.”

As an accepted member of the Council, Patel has access to a variety of exclusive opportunities designed to help her reach peak professional influence. She will connect and collaborate with other respected local leaders in a private forum. Patel will also be invited to work with a professional editorial team to share her expert insights in original business articles on Forbes.com, and to contribute to published Q&A panels alongside other experts.

“I’m thrilled to be joining an illustrious group of peers within the Forbes Human Resources Council. HR professionals and business executives today are challenged to be creative in supporting employees through remote, in-office, and hybrid work. I’m looking forward to sharing lessons learned from WellRight to encourage employee wellness, as well as leading conversations around customized health and wellness experiences and listening to colleagues in the Forbes Human Resources Council,” said Patel.
