About Our Presenter

Dr. K. Andrew Crighton

Dr. K. Andrew Crighton joined WellRight in 2022 as Chief Medical Officer. He brings extensive experience designing innovative programs and initiatives to connect individual and corporate wellness with a special focus on health disparities and mental health in the workplace.

Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at CEO Roundtable on Cancer and Project Data Sphere® and as Chief Medical Officer and head of the Global Health Organization for Prudential. In both roles, Dr. Crighton oversaw health, safety, medical, and business consultation services and spearheaded initiatives pertaining to global health emergency planning.

Dr. Crighton is the board chair of The Health Project, which administers the C. Everett Koop National Health Award, and is the Application Chair for the Carolyn C. Mattingly Mental Health in the Workplace Award. He is also the 2023 recipient of the Health Enhancement Research Organization’s (HERO) Bill Whitmer Leadership Award.

Away from work, Dr. Crighton enjoys golf, racquetball, and tending to his horses. He and his wife have three adult children and two “practically perfect” grandchildren.
