The Snack Attack Challenge invites you to give up snacking between meals for one full month. Snacking is not necessarily a bad thing. It’s not necessarily a good thing either. Snacking can be a great way to rack up hundreds of calories each day. The goal of the Snack Attack Challenge is to help you become more aware of your habits, relearn your body’s hunger cues, and learn that you can live without snacks. You may even lose a pound or two along the way.
Each day, track one point for each snack you eat or 0 if you didn’t eat any snacks at all. People who eat zero snacks during the month will receive a Snack Attack T-shirt.
Snack exceptions:
– Coffee, tea, diet soda
– Fruits and vegetables (no peanut butter, sauce, etc.)
Participants who eat zero snacks during the month will receive a Snack Attack T-shirt.
