When you help others you help yourself. While your reasons for helping others may be selfless, that doesn’t mean you can’t reap some benefits in the end as well. For the next month, make an effort to do 30 random acts of kindness (that’s only 1 a day): hold the door for someone, pick up trash on the sidewalk, or give up your seat on the bus. Actions don’t have to be huge and elaborate to make someone’s day, so do a good deed and make the world a happier place.
Track the number of good deeds you perform each day. Complete the challenge by tracking at least 30 random acts of kindness over the course of the challenge.
