The Arctic 500 Challenge invites you to do 500 minutes of outdoors walking during one full winter month – approximately 16 minutes a day. It is easier to fall into less-active, sedentary routine of driving everywhere and spending very little time outside during cold winter months. This challenge is not only designed to keep you more active, but it is also an exercise in determination. All you will need for this challenge is few minutes out of your day, warm clothes and true grit.
