Identifying the Challenge:
HealthSource Solutions is a small, certified woman-owned business that works with companies to develop and manage its wellness programming. From consulting, to offering screening services, to full-on program management and on-site staffing, HealthSource Solutions prides itself on its passion for wellbeing and ability to genuinely help clients and clients’ employees.

What they weren’t proud of, however, was its wellness platform. The program consisted mainly of a health assessment function, which fell short of what HealthSource clients truly needed. “We knew our market was asking for more,” says Jill Duevel, Director of Business Development. In addition, using the program was cumbersome. “The platform was siloed, hard to customize, didn’t look like our product, and was tedious to use,” explains Julie Broberg, Program Manager at HealthSource Solutions.
