The 3 Keys to Travel + Leisure’s Implementation Success with WellRight

On-Demand Webinar

When it comes to implementing a new wellness program–whether you're implementing a program for the first time or switching to a new vendor–there is a lot to consider for it to run smoothly and to set your organization up for success. The time commitment and necessary resources can feel daunting, let alone the myriad of moving parts that need to seamlessly fit together to get your program off the ground. That is why it's imperative that you have a strategic partner with the flexibility to meet the unique needs of your organization.

Travel + Leisure chose WellRight as their formal wellbeing vendor to elevate and enhance their existing program. When it came time for implementation, T+L needed support in three key areas: an expert customer success manager to organize and guide the process, custom integrations with current point solutions and onsite resources and benefits, and complete customization with white-label branding to create a seamless experience for their 12,800 employees.

In this webinar, join Travel + Leisure’s Manager of Health & Welfare Benefits, Brandy Parker, and WellRight Manager of Implementations, Alisa Klassy, as they review their 2022-2023 program from start to finish and share implementation best practices you can utilize for your organization.

During this webinar, you will learn:

  • Why a strategic, customized approach to implementation is imperative for program success
  • How an expert customer success manager can guide the implementation process–from vendor integration to project management–and provide personalized support every step of the way
  • Best practices for overall program implementation to drive employee participation and engagement
