Courtney Schroeder joined the WellRight team in 2021 and serves as a Well-being Strategy Consultant. Courtney has fourteen years of experience in the corporate wellness industry. She has held several leadership positions including Director of Client Relations at a national vendor and led a team of Well-being & Engagement Consultants at Gallagher. Courtney brings deep expertise in guiding clients to develop robust wellness plans, helping them realize success in their programs. She is proficient in deploying creative methods to help clients connect the dots between their internal resources to create a healthier workforce and a more engaging culture. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh.

With over 25 years of experience building world-class health and wellness programs, she creates workplace excellence by integrating wellness, safety, occupational health, and benefits to enhance company culture. She has held a myriad of leadership positions in various organizations. Currently, Tonya serves as a Regional Senior Consultant for Wellbeing and Engagement with Gallagher. In this role, Tonya serves a variety of clients across the United States ranging in client size from 50 – 40,000+ lives providing a variety of wellbeing and engagement and HR solutions. Tonya received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and her Master of Education in Sport Pedagogy from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
