Why Personalization is the Secret to your Wellness Program Success

Webinar - April 2022

Personalization is key to creating a wellness program that meets participants where they are in their wellness journey and engages them to regularly participate in building healthy habits. When working to build a personalized program, it is fundamental to understand the population that will be served through the program and their needs through qualitative and quantitative data sources.

From this information, we can better understand where there may be a need to build programming. Data and technology are then utilized to deploy a solution to each individual in a way that best resonates with their needs, creating an equitable and holistic approach to wellness.

In this webinar, WellRight’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. LouAnne Giangreco, will discuss this population health-driven method to meeting the needs of individuals with a personalized approach.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • The role of qualitative and quantitative data in building a personalized wellness program
  • How an equitable and holistic approach can be utilized in the development of a health and wellness program
  • Strategies to utilize programming and technology to meet individuals where they are in their health and wellness journey
