About Lora Haines

Lora Haines is a high-energy, world-class facilitator, keynote speaker, and instructional design guru. She has over ten years of experience in learning and development at world-class organizations like U.S. Cellular and Walt Disney Company. Lora knows a thing or two about how to keep the modern workforce engaged: she focused her Master’s thesis on effectively engaging millennials. While nerf guns and beer carts might get someone in the door, she believes strong leadership, culture and opportunities retains employees for much longer. Today, she consults global organizations such as Eli Lilly, True Value, Condé Nast, and Publicist Groupe.

Lora has a Bachelors in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Carroll University and received her Master’s from Cardinal Stritch University. She is also a certified Life Coach and runs a private practice focused solely on helping high-performing 20-and-30-year-olds discover their dream jobs. Outside of the classroom, you can find Lora detoxing with a kale salad, chasing a sunset at the nearest beach, or dancing the night away at a local festival.
