Supporting Your Teams in Returning to Work

September 2021 Webinar Banner

Are your people nervous about returning to the office? After a year and a half of a pandemic and the social and financial distress, mental duress, and massive layoffs that have come with it, it is not surprising they may be hesitant.

What can your organization do to meet the moment and best support your employees and members? Easing the transition by equipping your leaders with the right tools is a start, but shifting your wellness efforts from having an individual orientation to a collective one will create a more resilient, engaged workforce.

In this webinar, CEO and founder of Motion Infusion, Laura Putnam, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota’s, Tara Roberts, will share insights into how you can create a collective-oriented, manager-driven approach to helping your people in returning to work, highlighting what Motion Infusion and BCBSND have implemented to help their population.

In this webinar, learn how you can:
  • Activate your managers to become Multipliers of Well-Being, taking the lead in prioritizing well-being for their team members.
  • Empower your managers to build a safe harbor where psychological safety reigns and compassion is alive.
  • Awaken your managers to the inextricable link between well-being and leadership so that they can generate excellence within their team.
