How to Lead with Intention and Influence

How to Lead with Intention and Influence to Ignite your Life and Business

Leadership is defined as having the ability to positively influence others. How you lead your life, your health, your teams, your community, your family–it's all part of your ability to lead others.

Influential leaders inspire excellence in everyone around them by practicing intentional habits. Becoming a great leader starts with you–your self-awareness, your ability to self-regulate, and your self-concept. So what habits can you implement in your life to develop these leadership skills?

Join Positive Psychology Practitioner Kate Siano and Mindset Master Coach Liz Nicklas as they explain the science of positive psychology and well-being, the neuroscience of mindset, and how a possibility mindset could be the secret to leadership. They will explore evidence-based mindfulness practices that are easy to implement, can cut down on stress, and can help individuals lead with intention and influence, creating an environment for their organizations to flourish.

In this webinar you will:
  • Learn how to recognize your brain under stress and gain efficient strategies to process your mental and physiological stress response
  • Assess your stress with the PERMA model so you can focus intentionally on the most important areas of life and work, and help others do the same
  • Practice the 3 C's–calm, clarity, and curiosity–to achieve heightened self-awareness, improved self-regulation and self-concept, and deeper connections within your teams
  • Understand how you and your team can practice a possibility mindset to manage thoughts and feelings in any circumstance
