Featured Challenge #27: Hello Sunshine
The Hello Sunshine Challenge invites you to get out in the sun 10 days (10-15 min/day) during the next 30 days. Try to do this challenge in the winter or spring when your vitamin D levels may be at their lowest. When the sun hits your skin, it creates vitamin D3, which you can’t produce on your own. Vitamin D3 is vital for a strong immune system and strong bones, so it’s important that you get ample exposure to sunshine whenever you can.
